How we build: Tailor.ia Lean

At Tailor.ia we code with Claude Code every day. Tailor.ia Lean is the plugin we distilled from that practice: it makes the AI spend fewer tokens and make fewer mistakes. It is free, open source, serverless and telemetry-free.

Install on Claude Code

/plugin marketplace add ffid-br/tailor-ia-lean
/plugin install tailor-ia-lean

Open a new session. The rules load on their own at the start of each session, in about 350 tokens. It also works on Codex.

The routine with it

/lean
The why behind each rule, with before and after examples. Start here.
/orquestrar
The expensive model thinks and the cheap one executes. For tasks that touch three or more files.
/fluxo-dev
From ticket to merge: branch, tests, PR and memory, no ceremony.
/fechar
At the end of the session, saves to docs/memoria what isn't in the code and says whether it's time for /compact or /clear.

The three agents it brings

  • batedorHaiku

Locates: file and line, who calls what, folder map. Proposes no fix.

  • operarioSonnet

Implements an already specified step, in up to three files, and runs the tests.

  • revisorSonnet

Lists the diff's defects, one line each. No praise.

What it changed in the benchmark

14%
cheaper
½
of Opus's turns
56%
less context re-read
28%
fewer output tokens

Opus 5.5 in command, three real tasks on a frontend of about a thousand files, five repetitions. The first round, with Sonnet, went against the plugin and is also published.

Even better together with caveman, which compresses the prose of the reply, and ponytail, which forces the simplest solution that works.
