I do not talk about AI as someone who read about it. I talk as someone who runs AI agents in sales and customer service every day, and has made enough mistakes to know what is a slide and what is a result. Three themes, adapted to your audience.

About me
I'm from Marília, in the interior of São Paulo. I studied Computer Science at Univem, where I also specialized in Databases. That was the foundation for everything I built afterwards, and I still build with people from there: the AI at Pront was born from a partnership among professionals from Marília.
I was a CTO for my whole career. I have made expensive mistakes. I have also been right at exactly the right moment. I had exits at Wemind, Shopback and 123i. As CTO of Aprova Digital, I led the technology of one of the largest GovTechs in Brazil, reaching 21 million people a year after a R$22.5M round. I learned in practice what separates the companies that scale from the ones that stall.
Today I am the founder of Tailor.ia, a company of AI agents for customer service and sales that, backed by Bossa Nova and Google, is investing more than R$7 million in artificial intelligence. I am also a board member at Pront and iGio Tecnologia, and I speak about AI applied to real businesses. In 2026 I was recognised among the Top 50 AI specialists in the Brazilian real estate market at the SIMM Congress.
They call me Mago, the wizard, because I solve anything. What I offer is not consulting and it is not a motivational talk. It is clarity, from someone who has already lived through the problem you are facing.
